The courses are based in Ascoli Piceno, a pre-roman city of ancient origins and traditions. The civilisation of the Piceni was one of the first in Italy. Ascoli Piceno is situated in an unique position: 20 Km from the Adriatic sea and 20 Km from the Apennines mountains (which reach a height of 2.500 mt.). The countryside surrounding the town is a swirling mix of hills and valleys.

Taking part in an ItaliAperta study holiday combines: time, learning, holiday, hobbies and socialising to maximum benefit at a minimum of financial cost. The stay in Ascoli is a full-immersion holiday in the midst of ancient italian tradition. The courses are a rare opportunity to gain hands on knowledge.
